That’s their own fault for being so condescending to her.
I somehow doubt the bouncy castle rental company is going to investigate motives and mitigating circumstances. The chances of Game Fortress management making a critical self-assessment seems even less likely.
I did rent a bouncy castle once, and I did pay for insurance. However, I’m not sure if the insurance fee covered damage from LARPing assaults.
