An AI Saleswomen. Wowzers. It looks like Advertising Execs have created their perfect lifeform
Btw,
Thanks for the completely uninvited sales pitch but there’s a big difference between you’re paid to write code for us and you lease your code to us
And the usual differences are a) The fact there’s almost always a yearly rental fee (a la Photoshop)
and b) Terms and conditions may be changed (a la Unity)
Since a) This is a job interview, not a sales call;
and
b) The company is not looking for specialist software on spec
She should be glad they’re not charging her rent for the table space and time she wasted during the job interview by turning up with a sales pitch to lease her coding to them
The “lease out the products of my work to you while being your employee” is a complete deal breaker given the kind of job they’re currently hiring for though
Has she considered a career in law, art or architecture? Maybe not art unless she can get the hands right

Oh, that’s going to be a problem. Maybe next job.
I’ll see if I can dig up some more candidates. Wish me luck.
Spade or steam drill?
Backhoe.
That’ll work.
I wish her well in her employment search and am sorry we won’t see her much.
She seems nice enough

Stephen, pursuing your question/hypothetical would require making an entirely new comic strip. Hmmm…
Oh Dear
I admit to nothing
