    I would think that, as a woman, she’d rather be valued for her intelligence, talents, skills and abilities, rather than for her gender. Aside from the sometimes obvious differences in appearance, gender should have no bearing in the workplace.

    On the plus side, she does have a parent who’s likely to be so qualified or have useful contacts to give her useful advice the management’s collective heads will spin

    On the negative side…well everything else. She’s being set up by evil lawyers and managers who should know better
